Possible flags, can be ORed:

• CO_CONFIG_LEDS_ENABLE - Enable calculation of the CANopen LED indicators.
• CO_CONFIG_FLAG_TIMERNEXT - Enable calculation of timerNext_us variable inside CO_NMT_process().
